The City of Edgewater’s Parks and Recreation Department hosted a successful EDGEfest School’s Out Foam Party on Saturday, June 1st at Whistle Stop Park. The free event, aimed at celebrating the end of the school year, drew families and children from all over the community.

The highlight of the party was the giant foam pit, where kids of all ages could jump, play, and slide. Music provided by the foam party company filled the air, adding to the festive atmosphere. In addition to the foam fun, there were food vendors, giveaways, and other family-friendly activities. Two lucky attendees even went home with brand new bikes!
“We’re thrilled with the turnout for our first-ever EDGEfest School’s Out Foam Party,” said Amy Bubenheim Edgewater Event Coordinator. “It was a great way to kick off summer and bring the community together.”
The City of Edgewater has several more EDGEfest events planned for the summer, including a July 4th Celebration and a Back-to-School Party. For more information, please visit the City of Edgewater website or contact the Parks and Recreation Department.
